April Menu at The Supper Club

Barbacoa Roast Pork: Pork roast in an achiote barbeque sauce cooked slowly until the meat falls off the bone. Delicious with warm flour tortillas.
Burritos Your Own Way: Make a batch of burritos for your family customizing them with chicken, beans, cheese, salsa and spices. Perfect for breakfast on the go or a snack before soccer practice.
Chicken Mole (Mole de Pollo) & Spanish Rice: Holy Mole! Mole, from the Aztec word for a mixture of many ingredients, is a heavenly mix of dried chilies, spices and chocolate. Serve our mole over chicken breasts and rice.
Cowgirl Pork & Beans: Cubes of succulent pork, beans and our unique "Home on Yer Range" spice mixture create a tasty version of this classic. Make up a batch of corn bread muffins to serve alongside.
Feta Cumin Burgers: Don't wait for a special occasion to add a new twist to the basic grilled burger. Here, the addition of feta cheese and cumin brings the Mediterranean to your backyard barbecue. Serve on English muffins provided.
Garlicky Beef Medallions: Beef medallions infused with garlic, grilled and served with a tangy bean sauce. A customer favorite returns for the grilling season!
Italian Salsa Verde Chicken: Italian salsa verde - parsley, artichoke hearts, lemon, capers and olives - flavors boneless and skinless chicken thighs. Sweet potatoes add color to this irrestible dish that bursts with flavor.
Japanese Noodle Dinner: Tasty noodles with chicken, vegetables and a Japanese sauce are a delicious, quick-to-the-dinner table treat.
Mirabella Chicken: Taste the Mediterranean in this classic dish from Spain. Chicken baked with white wine, capers and dried plums creates a midly sweet, aromatic dish served over rice provided.
Pepper and Edamame Stir-Fry: Edamame (soy beans), red peppers and onions stir-fried, then simmered in coconut milk and served over jasmine rice. A tasty way to add soy to your diet!
Reuben Casserole: All the ingredients for a tasty Reuben sandwich, rye bread, corned beef, kraut & cheese, layered in our casserole pan, ready to bake.
Shrimp Scampi: Shrimp with creole seasonings cooked in a caper and lemon sauce. Toss with the pasta provided for a delicious meal. Tastes even better the next day!
Southwestern Stew with Corn Bread Dumplings: A power-packed meatless stew of garbanzo beans, corn & sweet potatoes. Corn muffins become dumplings cooked atop the vegetable mixture.

Meals from The Supper Club kitchen solve your dinner dilemma

“The desire for tantalizing aromas coming from the kitchen remains. There’s a longing for homemade food, even though the reality for many is that dinner regularly comes out of the freezer or a takeout container.
The challenge for most people is finding enough time in the day to shop for ingredients, prepare and cook them and then clean up afterward.”

Tara Duggan, San Francisco Chronicle Food Columnist.

If this is your challenge, The Supper Club kitchen has a solution for you. We plan new meals each month, shop, prepare the ingredients and clean up the kitchen.

Don’t have an hour to assemble your own meals? For $20 we assemble 8 meals for your convenient pick up.

Meals from The Supper Club are the perfect gift!

A satisfied customer from the Supper Club reports:

"I want to thank you for our fun day today at Supper Club. Evan, Rebecca & I had a lot of fun putting together an amazing 12 meals in just 2 hrs. We WILL come back, and tell all our friends. We can't wait to indulge in our first Supper Club meal. Also, Tom brought 4 meals to our elderly neighbor, Marianne, and she was extremely surprised and delighted. Thanks again!"
