What does it cost? Supper Club's meal packages are $160 for 8 meals and $230 for 12. That is equal to approximately $20 per entrée, or $4 per serving. These costs are based on your assembling your own meals. The time you save may be well worth the additional charge to just pick up meals at our store. [back]
What do I need to do to reserve a spot? Use our convenient website to select a date, a time and the meals you would like to order. Orders also can be placed by calling or emailing our store. [back]
How can I pay for my session? We accept credit cards, cash, or check. Your credit card is charged 4 days prior to your session. [back]
What if I need to cancel a session? If you can't make a session for any reason we recommend the following options:
- Reschedule your session.
- Request to have your items prepared for your pick up at our store for an assembly fee of $20 for 8 meals and $30 for 12.
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund (if more than 48 hrs. in advance). [back]
What if I need to reschedule my reservation or make a change to my order? If you need to make any changes to your reservation or order, log on to Supper Club's website and update your order. If you have any questions, call 303.325.5846 or email the store. [back]
What do you do in your store to assure food safety? Supper Club adheres to all Denver County Health Safety policies. Customers are requested to wash their hands frequently and disposable gloves are available. Unique utensils ensure that contact is not made with the food. Hair ties are available for customers. Customers handle their own food only and all cooking instructions comply with food safety guidelines. [back]
What types of food are we going to prepare? Menus change regularly. Supper Club's typical menu will feature a variety of options including poultry, pasta, beef, pork, seafood or fish, and a vegetarian option. Cooking instructions may include baking in the oven, on top of the stove, in a crock pot or on a grill. See this month's menu. [back]
Will my kids like your food? Our dinners are aimed at satisfying a variety of tastes. The beauty of assembling your own meals is that you can customize each meal any way you like. If your family doesn't like onions, leave them out! Assemble them the way you want. [back]
What do I do if I want more of one meal? Order two quantities of your favorites or for those occasions when the number of people at dinner grows. [back]
What are my options if I don't want that much food? Some of our customers come with a friend and split the meals, or share them with friends. This is a great option for elderly parents, for children living on their own, or for college kids in need of a home-cooked meal. Some entrees make it easy to grill half of an entree one night, leave the rest to marinade, then grill the other half the next night. Other entrees like fish are individually frozen making it easy to cook half an entree one night. [back]
How many people does each dinner serve? Supper Club's meals meet the guidelines for the USDA Food Pyramid for serving 6 people. Based on our experience, a meal that feeds 4 - 6 will serve 4 adults with healthy appetites or 2 adults and 2 - 3 children. [back]
Can Supper Club help me with my Entertaining? Yes! Order two of the same dinner, or select complementary entrees to serve to your guests. That's low stress entertaining and your guests will love the food! Call or email us for suggestions. [back]
I have some dietary restrictions and or allergies, can you help me? Call or e-mail us for a complete list of ingredients to help you select your entrees. Supper Club will provide as much information as we can about the ingredients in our recipes and their sources. We are committed to using the freshest, most natural products whenever possible. What do I get? You leave Supper Club with individual entrees labeled with simple cooking instructions, along with a master list of cooking instructions to help you keep track of your meals. [back]
How long is it going to take me to prepare my meals? 8 entrees can be assembled in about an hour, 12 in approximately 2 hours. It all depends on how much visiting you do while you assemble your food. Have no time this month to assemble meals? For a reasonable fee Supper Club will assemble meals for your pick up at our store. [back]
Can someone who doesn't know how to cook use this concept? Supper Club's instructions and processes are simple to follow. Cooking levels are specified next to the entrees on the Menu to let you know the level of cooking challenge. [back]

How many people can sign up for each session? Supper Club can accommodate approximately 8 - 12 customers at a time. [back]

Can I bring a friend to help me assemble my meals? Yes! Let us know in advance so we can make sure there'll be enough room. [back]
Can I bring my children? Supper Club must observe safety and health regulations. We are parents, too, and believe that involving your children in the process of making your entrees and cooking your meals teaches food appreciation. Supper Club's customers include cooks who are as young as five. Some teenagers are totally responsible for preparing their families' entrees. You make the decision and be responsible for your own children. [back]
How can Supper Club save me money? Because of our buying power and vendor relationships, Supper Club is able to create restaurant-quality menu selections at excellent prices for your family. You avoid the waste from unused ingredients. [back]

What do I actually take home and how is it packaged? Your meals will be in plastic bags or aluminum foil pans. Each package is labeled with the cooking instructions. Inside a container may be other plastic bags containing various ingredients. [back]
What happens when I get back home? When you leave Supper Club, your meals will be ready to be frozen. Leave a few entrees in the refrigerator for the week or freeze them all for future use. Remove entrees from the freezer two days before you plan to cook them. Thaw entrees in the refrigerator for one to two days before cooking. We provide easy cooking instructions. [back]
Will it fit in my refrigerator? 12 full-size entrees should fit in a standard refrigerator freezer with room left over for your basic necessities. It might be a good idea to clean out the freezer before visiting Supper Club. [back]
What's the easiest way to manage my meals? We recommend you always keep 1-2 meals in the refrigerator ready to be cooked for dinner. When you use one, replace it with one from the freezer. Your master list of entrees and cooking instructions helps you keep track of which meals you have left in your freezer. [back]
How long does it take to thaw a meal? A meal defrosts in your refrigerator in one to two days. Some meals, such as soups, can be cooked from the frozen state with a little extra time. Meals can be defrosted in your microwave or a cold water bath. Cooking instructions will include additional details. [back]
Why do you have temperatures on your cooking instructions? Food safety regulations require meats to be cooked to minimum temperatures of 140 to 160 degrees to destroy most pathogenic bacteria. Since all stoves are not the same and do not cook meals in the same amount of time, Supper Club includes the minimum recommended temperatures for the meat in each entree. See the table below for temperature recommendations.
